This listing features one full unreduced quart of the NeoFluor Neon Fluorescent paint color Basecoat of your choice.  Use the drop down menu below to choose your favorite neon paint color.  NeoFluor neon fluorescent paint is based on Fluorescing pigments that convert some forms of light that are not normally visiblie to humans to a visible form making these colors the brightest colors available! Unique pigments also glow in the dark under black lights that emit UV light. Must be applied over white for best brightness. See other listings for additional sizes. Fluorescing or "Neon" type colors like NeoFluor do not offer the long term durability that our typical KemBase automotive colors exhibit.  NeoFluor is best used on indoor applications, novelty projects, or projects where long term lightfastness is not required.
